After 30 days: $50AUD per cubic meter/week
- Customs clearance fee and agency fee AUD $120 per shipment (charged by our company)
- The customs department will incur a customs clearance fee of AUD$116 (goods valued at less than AUD$10,000) or AUD$218 (goods valued at more than AUD$10,000) and a GST of 10% of the goods value. All fees incurred by the customs are invoiced by the customs and are charged according to the actual value.
Customs spot check/inspection
Please make sure to declare truthfully. If the customs EMPP/REDLINE inspection (suspected under-declaration) is carried out later, it will be necessary to collect the product information + payment receipt of each order. The information submission fee is 80 Australian dollars (tax included)
If the declaration is inconsistent with the actual situation, additional fines and tax fees will be incurred, which will be charged according to the actual costs incurred.
Quarantine Fees
(Applicable only to second-hand goods, wooden products, food and other sensitive items imported from Australia for quarantine)
It is only incurred in the case of quarantine inspection. The inspection fee shall be based on the invoice issued by the Australian quarantine department and shall be reimbursed on actual basis.
Fumigation
Only for wooden and bamboo products , $50 per cubic meter, capped at $200. If less than 1 cubic meter, it will be charged as 1 cubic meter
Wooden frame
Wooden rack service, starting from AUD $20, please contact customer service for specific charges based on the volume of the goods
It is strictly forbidden to use moldy, barked, and worm-hole-ridden wood strips or boards to build wooden frames or wooden boxes, otherwise they will not pass the fumigation standard requirements. If our domestic warehouse finds the above-mentioned non-compliant wood strips/boards, we will have to re-build or repair the wooden frames, and the resulting costs will be borne by the customer.
Certificate of Origin
If the value of goods exceeds AUD 1000, you can choose to apply for a China-Australia Certificate of Origin to reduce or exempt the tariff. The price is AUD $80 per copy.
FAQ and Disclaimer
Available:
Normal general goods (new clothing, new shoes, daily necessities, luggage, accessories), electrical products (small household appliances, digital electronic products), a small amount of liquid, powder and paste skin care products, popular household furniture, mechanical equipment, etc.
Prohibited
All kinds of food, liquids, powders, simulated weapons and toys, chemicals, cosmetics and medicines, animal and plant products, jewelry, currency and other valuables, all kinds of vehicles with engines (including baby carriages and electric vehicles), tobacco, weapons, flammable, explosive and perishable items, counterfeit and shoddy goods, imitation brands and other prohibited items specified by Australian Customs. All kinds of packaging are not allowed to use packaging boxes/bags printed with words or pictures of prohibited items such as food and chemicals.
If customers send out used goods, food or prohibited items on their own and incur high customs clearance and quarantine fees, or other serious legal consequences, they shall be borne by the customers themselves.

- For clothes, mobile phone cases and other small items (single item volume is smaller than an ordinary sports shoe box), it is recommended to collect them in batches in China and then pack them for storage. You will be responsible for the consequences of losing small items.
- When mailing parcels to domestic transit warehouses, please be sure to fill in the recipient's user code and detailed address as required. Our company will not be responsible for any consequences of timeliness or loss caused by the absence of the main item.
- Due to the complicated international shipping process, the long sea transportation time, and the use of forklifts for cargo sorting and loading and unloading containers, no compensation will be given for damages caused by cargo packaging that does not meet the requirements of sea transportation. Note: No compensation will be given for fragile items such as marble, rock slabs, glass, etc.
- Before all goods are loaded and shipped, the customer service will send a detailed inventory list for verification. Please carefully check whether the list contains all the goods. If you find that the list is incomplete, please inform us before loading so that the domestic warehouse can find the reason in time. Goods not on the inventory list are not considered as missing items and no compensation will be given.
- After delivery in Australia, please confirm the number of delivered items with the delivery driver or pick up at the warehouse in person. If there is any discrepancy, please raise it on site. The compensation value for missing items shall be based on the declared value.
- No claim will be made for items that are destroyed by customs or other unknown circumstances. Please keep relevant vouchers, shopping screenshots, invoices, EFTPOS receipts, bank, Alipay, WeChat transfer records when purchasing goods. You need to provide them truthfully as proof of taxation/inspection when declaring customs clearance in Australia.
During the process of the parcel entering the warehouse, if it is found that the parcel contains suspected prohibited items, the warehouse will open the package for physical inspection. If it is initially verified that the parcel contains prohibited items, the entire parcel will be fastened and reported to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the law. If the parcel containing prohibited items is not found during the warehousing process, and the parcel is confiscated or destroyed due to the supervision of the customs and relevant departments of China or the destination country, you will be responsible for the consequences, and our company will not bear any refund liability. If your prohibited items cause all losses to our company, our company has the right to claim compensation from you
Our company is only responsible for ensuring that the outer packaging of the transported items is basically intact. We do not provide inspection services and are not responsible for the number and quality of the items in the packaging. If the outer packaging is basically intact after receiving the goods from Australia, we are not responsible for damage to the items inside. Please be aware of this. At the same time, our company is not responsible for omissions or damage to items inside due to unqualified packaging (overweight items or multiple varieties mixed together without wrapping and reinforcement or wooden frames are considered unqualified packaging). Pinle.com is not responsible for damage to non-pressure-resistant or fragile items (glass products, stone materials, various screens, etc.) if there is no wooden frame protection or the wooden frame is not pressure-resistant. If you need our company to help with wooden frames, there will be additional fees. The volume of the items is calculated based on the volume after the wooden frames are installed. Our company is not responsible for items caused by force majeure.
